Pay Per Click Advertising

Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising complements search engine optimisation and registration. PPC advertisements usually appear on the right hand side of the search engine results page for a particular key word phase. Sometimes however, the PPC advertisements appear at the top. These advertisements are variously called sponsored links, sponsored sites or sponsored matches. Each time a prospective client clicks on the PPC advertisement they are taken to your site, and you are charged a fee. The main search engines that provide PPC advertising are Google, Yahoo, AltaVista and MSN.
