Our sophisticated e-mail marketing software enables the personalisation of the e-newsletter, and the ability to send the e-newsletter in three formats – HTML (styled text, embedded graphics – very similar to a web site page), styled text (bold, colour, bullet points etc.) and plain text. Validation

Prior to sending any e-newsletter we verify the e-mail addresses to reduce the number of undelivered e-newsletters. Should there be any invalid, we alert you as to those e-mail addresses that need updating, should you wish to remain in contact with these clients. Likewise we will send you a list of any bounced (undelivered) e-newsletters to be updated or removed from the mailing list.

Permission

Permission based, opt-in e-newsletters are essential for any good marketing campaign. It establishes client loyalty and trust. It also reduces the likelihood of being regarded as a “spammer” with the subsequent loss of credibility and the blocking of your e-newsletters by Internet Service Providers (ISPs) – the firms who deliver your e-newsletters.

To further reduce the likelihood of having your e-newsletters blocked by anti-spam software or spam filters (as used by Internet Service Providers and e-mail programmes) we run our spam filtering software to check your message for spam-like words and phrases.
